CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing Lash Love. Every appointment is thoughtfully designed to provide a luxurious, relaxing experience while delivering beautiful, customized lash extensions. To ensure the highest level of service for every guest, please review the following policies before booking. By scheduling an appointment through our online booking system, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all salon policies. Booking & Appointments Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive on time to enjoy your full service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. Arrivals exceeding 20 minutes late will be considered a missed appointment and the cancellation policy will apply. Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. • Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice. • Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings. Card on File A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy or for any unpaid balances. Fill Appointments To maintain your lashes at their best, fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks. Appointments scheduled more than 3 weeks after your previous visit may require additional time and pricing. Appointments 4 weeks or longer after your last appointment will be booked as a Full Set. Fill eligibility is determined by lash retention and the condition of your natural lashes. Foreign Fills To maintain the quality and integrity of our work, Lash Love does not perform fills over another artist's lash extensions. If you currently have lashes from another salon, a removal followed by a new Full Set will be required. Appointment Preparation Please arrive with clean lashes free of mascara, eyeliner, strip lash adhesive, oils, or makeup around the eye area. Excessive buildup requiring extended cleansing may result in an additional cleansing fee or reduced appointment time. Luxury Experience Lash Love is intentionally designed to be a peaceful, relaxing environment. To preserve this experience for every guest: • Silent appointments are always available upon request. • Please silence your phone before your appointment. • Phone conversations should be avoided unless absolutely necessary. • Feel free to relax, nap, or simply enjoy uninterrupted quiet during your service. Guests & Children To maintain a calm and comfortable environment, appointments are reserved for scheduled guests only. Children and additional guests are not permitted unless they are receiving a scheduled service. Food & Beverages Outside food is not permitted during appointments. Covered beverages are welcome. Photos Photos or videos of completed lash sets may occasionally be taken for educational purposes or to showcase our work. Your face will never be identified without your permission. If you prefer not to have your lashes photographed, simply let us know before your appointment. Aftercare & Retention Beautiful retention depends on proper aftercare and your natural lash cycle. Please follow all aftercare instructions provided after your appointment. Lash Love cannot guarantee retention due to factors including: • Natural lash shedding • Hormonal changes • Medications • Lifestyle • Sleeping habits • Skincare products • Picking or rubbing the lashes Touch-Ups If you experience excessive lash loss within 24 hours of your appointment that is believed to be application-related, please contact Lash Love immediately. A complimentary touch-up may be offered after assessment. Normal shedding due to your natural lash cycle is not considered a service issue. Allergic Reactions Although uncommon, allergic reactions can develop at any time—even if you have worn lash extensions previously. Lash Love is not responsible for allergic reactions to adhesives or products used during your service. If irritation occurs, please contact us immediately. A complimentary lash removal may be offered when appropriate. Refund Policy Due to the customized nature of lash services, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided for completed services.
